This comfortable south facing room with en-suite bathroom has views out to sea and is steps from the beach. It's perfect for a couple enjoying a break on the island. It has a bright coastal theme and mixes character furnishings with quality fixtures & fittings plus White Company linen. The room is in a comfortable home which used to be a fisherman's cottage and is now renovated to an exceptional standard. Fast wi-fi. Quality cafes and pubs offering freshly caught seafood are a short stroll away. We are offering a delightful, well appointed, south facing room with en-suite that is designed to give you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The sparkling white en-suite features a Grohe shower over the bath with glass shower screen. There is a well lit wash basin and heated towel rail.

Joanna and Barney are very welcoming and the house is as it says, 'steps' from the beach. The room with ensuite was spotless and comfortable with all that you need for a perfect stay. I had the best nights sleep in a long time the bed was so comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches to enhance your stay. Would definitely book again when next on the Isle of Wight.

Joanna's house is really lovely in every respect. The location is wonderful. We especially enjoyed hearing the surf on the beach from our bedroom at night. The house is full of charm, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Joanna and her husband are great hosts, very welcoming and happy to provide any advice you wish for on places to visit and eat. Highly recommended in every respect.

We had a lovely, relaxing 3-night stay in this delightful seaside cottage. Joanna and her husband were warm and friendly, and made us feel welcome in their stylish, comfortable home. The bedding and towels were high quality and the toiletries were a luxury brand. The tea and coffee facilities were generous - everything was thought of! The location is lovely - right by the sea and next to a RNLI station and pier, with local pubs in easy walking distance for drinks and dinner. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Joanna ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin!Sie bereitet ein wunderbares Frühstück zu und richtet sich dabei auch nach den Gäste-Wünschen. Im Zimmer wartet Tee und Kaffee-Equipment und sogar Kekse. Das Haus ist sehr stylisch und wohnlich, auch sehr durchdacht eingerichtet, man spürt die Liebe die dafür aufgewendet wurde. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber einen Schrank und unter dem Bett auch noch Stauraum.Das Badezimmer ist ganz neu und sehr schön. Vom Fenster aus konnten wir das Meer und sogar den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Am Strand kann man wunderbar entlang spazieren und auf der IOW gibt es soviel zu sehen und zu erleben.Besonders nett war es mit Joanna zu plaudern und von ihrem Mann bekamen wir auch gute Tipps! Wir können dieses Quartier wirklich sehr empfehlen!

It's a very beautiful place. Joanna is a very nice person and the whole house is decorated with style and love. We really feel comfortable there and would like to go there again.

I am so lucky to live by sea and enjoy the fabulous beaches, lovely sunsets as well as the micro climate we get in Bembridge. Having done a lot of travelling myself I understand how important a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay is to make a short break or holiday really special. My favourite place when not in Bembridge is Santa Barbara, California.
