Was an awesome space right in the heart of Melbourne's buzzing CBD; perfectly placed to public transport and lots of activities. The accom itself is the perfect apartment, much larger than a shoebox apartment and with the amenities including a fully decked out kitchen - it was the perfect home away from home. Lucas was very accommodating for me to check in from an early morning flight, and very proactive in responding to messages - will definitely stay here again!
Our second visit to Lucas’s apartment . Great location, walking distance to everything you need . Restaurants , activities at South bank, very close to Rod Laver arena etc.Trams literally at the front door. Lucas s very approachable and responds very quickly to all questions . We will be back .
Really cool little loft right in the middle of the city. Super easy check in and it had everything you need. Would definitely stay again!
Lucas' apartment is right in the thick of it, literally a tiny walk to some of the best restaurants in Melbourne, acmi, public transport, everything. The apartment is on an alley in the CBD, and though it is a busy area, the soundproofing is excellent (be sure to follow the instructions for closing windows and doors properly). The kitchen and bathroom are modern, the bedding clean and new, and the space itself is larger than expected for a studio apartment (the bed is on a mezzanine, leaving plenty of lounge room space, a separate kitchen and bathroom. My only recommendation would be aircon for summer, though there were plenty of good fans. Lucas himself was prompt in responding to questions and helping me problem solve.
Loved staying at this loft. It was super comfy, perfect space for two people. Although it was super hot at the time we visited, somehow the heat was only outside and the fans provided the circulation that was needed. Great location, super close to fed square, best restaurants, shops, rod laver arena etc. Lucas was extremely helpful and flexible with our check in time. Look forward to coming back to Melbourne and staying here again 🙂
