Matt is a very warm hearted host, his condo makes me and my husband feels like home, the room is clean, with all the amenities that we need, comfortable. The location is also good, a mile away from the beach. Whenever there is anything that we need, Matt is always there for us. I will definitely stay at his place again if I come back.

Matt's place was an amazing place for either a short or long term stay. The condo had all the amenties you need and more (a coffee maker AND a kettle, plus a Brita and a sink water filtration system!) It's in a great location; quiet, friendly gated community; with many grocery stores (Trader's, Ralph's, Amazon Fresh and Sprouts) all within a mile or 2. There are also many local restaurants and cafes that provided excellent food and service. Not to mention that beach is a mile away! Matt was a very gracious host and was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs and inquiries and he was flexible with our schedules as well, which we appreciated so much! Book Matt's place today :)
