Great place in a highly secure building complex in a prime location. The outside amenities are amazing and the space itself is pleasant, clean and functional, with everything you need for daily life included and a nice view on the Mandaluyong skyline from the balcony. Internet was top-notch and the hosts' attention was outstanding.
I really like how walkable the location is to the local malls. As a remote worker, the wifi was fast enough to stay productive and take video calls. The apartment itself is the perfect size for one and still okay for two. Lars and Grace were great at communicating as well.
We stayed in Lars’ place for the holidays, and we had a great time. The kitchen especially is worth mentioning because it’s complete with items you’d need to cook a complete meal, you just need the ingredients. The AC cools the unit quickly, and it is quite cold, we set it at 23 or 24 degrees C and we are still very comfortable. The unit does have signs of wear and tear but Lars is completely transparent about them and it is reflected in the cheaper unit rate, which I feel is fair. If you need to stay somewhere close to Rockwell, Makati, and you are on a budget, Lars’ unit is highly recommended.
Love the place close to the places I wanted to be. Very responsive every time I have concern. Price is reasonable. I always put in to account if amenities are included, gym swimming pool etc, and Lars place did not disappoint. I also rented a motorcycle. Motorcycle parking is cheap compared to other condo I rented in the area. Thank you Lars

开车或乘渡轮过河仅需几分钟，步行15分钟即可抵达马卡蒂罗克韦尔中心的发电厂购物中心，那里有众多商店、美食广场、自动取款机和库存充足的超市。
对于商务旅客，上午和下午都有前往马卡蒂中央商务区的班车服务。

We are Lydia and Lars, a retired couple from Philippines and Sweden. After retirement we acquired a vacation home in the Philippines where we could escape from the cold Swedish winters. We thought it would be a good idea to let other people use our apartment when we are not using it. That way others can enjoy our cozy home away from home at a low cost. When I stay in somebody else's home I treat it with respect and care just as if it was my own and I expect other people to do the same.
