My three-month stay at Frederic's Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The space was organized with zero clutter, providing an ideal environment for my stay in Montreal. Every essential I required to start my stay was readily available, making settling fast and easy. Communication with Frederic was simple, and the check-in process was hassle-free. Moreover, the location is perfect and the building has everything (gym, concierge, common areas, views). Overall, I highly recommend Frederic's place for both short and extended stays; it truly offers a stress-free and comfortable experience.

Great host, and a great apartment to stay in. Would stay there again. Frederic was a helpful/attentive host and, in our eyes, went the extra mile to accommodate us.

Bel appartement avec une belle vue, propre et avec tous les équipements et produits nécessaires. Dommage qu’il n’y ai qu’une clé et un badge (besoin du badge pour monter dans l’ascenseur, accéder aux salles communes, piscine, etc.) Malheureusement il n’y avait pas toujours d’eau chaude dans la douche (quelques douches froides et des changements soudains de température)

We stayed here a month and had a wonderful time! To check in we met someone outside the building to get the keys and have a tour of the apartment. It was very clean and actually looks bigger in person than in the pictures. My only call out would be something I mentioned to the host: a key fob is required to enter the building, use the elevator and to get into and out of the pool area, gym etc and we were given one key for the two of us to share. So that required some coordination of our schedules, but wasn't a huge deal. Anyway, the building amenities are lovely and the apartment is surprisingly quiet for the central location. We are excited to stay here again!
