I stayed for 3 weeks in their place and it feels like home away from home. Location-wise, you cannot ask for more. It's a 5 -minute walk to the City Hall and Nguyen Hue and Reunification Palace; and a block away from Ben Thanh market. The buillding may be old but everything inside the place is amazing - cozy, comfortable and clean. Ngoc always prepares dinner every night - a great bonding among guests. They also offer laundry services. *wink. If you want to stay with a great homestay experience, then I highly recommend this place.

This homestay is very good value for money. It's an amazing location (close to the river, street food, both cheap and upscale restaurants and cafes, the walking street, and many tourist attractions. And it's great staying with a family. Ngoc welcomes you to have home-cooked dinner, which is really great for a single traveller. I wanted the homestay experience and so it was perfect for me. The host speaks English well, and is full of good advice and help. The rest of her family are very welcoming too, and sign language can work wonders. There are two floors with bnb rooms, and the bathroom on the second floor does have a sink. I got confused with the check-in directions. The subway construction barrier is blue. And the homestay entrance is next to Ben Thanh Tourist, which is a big jewellery shop a block away from Ben Thanh Market. As someone else said, don't be put off by the old building and the dark stone stairwell. It's clean and homey inside the flat.

Location is excellent, right across Saigon Center. Host and husband are friendly and they make sure you have enough to eat for dinner. Laundry can also be done. Room has a bed, table, cupboard and toiletries are included, though it is a shared bathroom without a sink. It can get noisy at times due to the street below. If that is fine with you, it'll be a perfect place to stay :)

Honestly I don't think anyone should stay anywhere else. I cannot stop talking about how incredible this homestay is. A lovely apartment, plenty of space, continually being fed and such a wonderfully generous and caring family who always want to help. The apartment is centrally located with everything you need within a max 15 min walk in terms of shops, restaurants and all the main attractions. If you don't stay here when in Ho Chi Minh you're missing out!

An amazing host, very kind, helpful and humble. A great welcome to Vietnam. We felt like home. Our flight was late at night and she kindly waited for us. Also, she cooked us an awesome dinner the night before we left.
