The apartment is great, clean and very spacious. Newly renovated. Beware: advertised as 2-bedroom, but listing price is only for one bedroom. Alice requested an extra fee for the second bedroom, after booking, which we found to be deceitful. We booked this place because of the availability of WiFi and A/C. However Wi-Fi was not functioning most of the time (network available, but no internet connection) and we were not given access to the room with A/C until we complained. Even after access was given, the room was not set up with bed sheets and the A/C was not working. When we asked for bedsheets for the room with A/C, Alice asked for an additional fee. Location is great with easy parking, nearby restaurants and nice view. Baunei is a beautiful and quaint mountain town. Alice had a wine bottle ready for us in the fridge on arrival, which is a nice touch. Apart from the somewhat deceitful listing and non functioning amenities (fixable), the place is very nice.

To begin with, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is stunning and easy to get to, the views from the apartment are breathtaking. Even though you need a car to get to the beaches, they are not far at all. The restaurants and cafes recommend by the host were amazing. Would definitely recommend renting a boat and visiting all the beaches. Overall, this was one of the best locations rented in a lot of years.

Very nice place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there. You have a really nice view and a grocery store, restaurants and an ice cream shop are reachable in 3 to 10 minutes walking time. Would definitely recommend this place 👍🏽

We spent a week in Alice‘s apartment in Baunei and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean and fresh and thanks to the mosquito nets we could air the apartment without worrying about mosquitos. Communicating with Alice was very easy as she answered quickly to our messages. Further she was really friendly, uncomplicated and generous. The only things that annoyed us a little bit were that the wifi was quite slow and that when we both took a shower we ran out of hot water. But we still can totally recommend staying at this apartment.
