Nicely equipped- but bear in mind it’s the basement flat of the block, so outlook is limited. Remember to bring a tea towel. It’s in the instructions, but we missed it.

Had a great stay, Adam met us at check in even though it was pretty late in the evening. Good size apartment which was as described. When an appliance failed Adam was very quick to get a replacement sorted. All in all would highly recommend

For the price it was perfect. The building is beautiful as are the facilities. It even bigger then you arrive then it looks in the photos and Shanklin old is a easy and picturesque walk away. The area seems very classy and even though it was on the ground floor you could have a view of Culver down when you step out the apartment so I'm guessing upper floor have an even better view. Adam was very responsive to any enquires and warn me and asked my permission when there was a couple of bits of works which required a engineer to come to the building (I was out whe they arrived and didn't notice they were even there. For a great view follow the coastal path up the hill first right up after passing the property and there is a place you can park.

Thoroughly recommend this appartment - everything was clean and tidy and the location was ideal. The flat was, if anything, even more spacious than we anticipated. We had our car with us, and from Shanklin the whole island could be easily reached, but the accomodation is a short (but hilly) walk from the old village, or there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road (and buses are plentiful). Communication with Adam before the trip was second to none - I messaged him a couple of times and got swift responses. I really can't fault this place.
