This home is mostly notably prime for its location and ability to walk to many restaurants, shops, and the Oceanside pier. We walked just about everywhere, even with our kids in a wagon. The place is perfect for couples, a girls getaway or families. The home has a great wide open main living space, perfect for hosting and entertainment. It was clean and the hosts were great a communicating. The view and proximity to see the ocean is amazing, perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or a charcuterie at sunset. While you cannot post up at the beach directly in front of the place, the actual beach is just a 10 min walk which so close to the pier with local food nearby. We definitely plan to go back!!

Beautiful and very clean! The views were incredible! You are so close to ocean you feel like you are on a cruise ship when you look out the patio doors! The sunsets were amazing. The third bedroom has a bunkbed, not in the description. We had teenagers so it worked out, it would not work with adults. Trouble getting in the parking garage. Download instructions they send you before you arrive- no internet service. Too many codes to get in- one for the parking garage, one for the outer gate, both doors to the house and one for the street gate. I appreciate the security measures taken but if you are not tech savvy and don’t remember codes well it is a difficult process to get in, especially if you are traveling with a group. There is also a very long one way street to get in where people drive extremely slow. If you are on vacation and have all the time in the world to drive slow stay here but if you have an impatient husband like me or need to be somewhere quickly pick somewhere else!

The view is great, the place is spacious and clean but I don’t think it’s worth the price. The biggest inconvenience was not having hot water on the first day. I checked with the host, they seemed to know about this problem but did not communicate it. The day after we got there I got a text saying that we will have no water for the next afternoon, the water was cut longer than expected and we had to spend more than an hour waiting for water to shower after a day on the beach. Not ideal. Overall, I would say it was not worth the price. Having two days with water issues, running low on supplies (kitchen paper towel, shampoo etc) and while the view is amazing the actual swimmable beach is more than a mile walk.

Absolutely beautiful, when you walk in the view is breathtaking. Everything was clean, everything you need for cooking a meal. The mattresses need to be replaced. We used every bed available and everyone complained about the beds. Everyone felt they were sleeping in a gully with a big hump in the middle.
