Ian and Elizabeth's place was a great little getaway that was peaceful and just what we needed. My partner and I contacted them a few times for recommendations and accommodations and they always replied within two hours of the message. The place was exactly as described with just enough amenities to make it comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor shower was really nice and they offered bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. A lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

I gotta say, the location was my stays saving grace. When entering, everything seems nice and gives way to a positive outlook due to presentation; however, that's all it is, a presentation. Upon further inspection, the ceiling fan was covered with dust, which sent allergies in an uproar. The outside shower was covered in moth cocoons. The semi-private "bathroom" was to the head of the bed with only Poo-Pourri as a freshener which wasn't placed in a way to be noticed before bathroom usage, unlike the note telling you how to flush. The white towels provided as bath towels show every imperfection (like the bedsheets) of their previous usage with brown/black streaks and splotches throughout them. With the stress of killing roaches by the end of my second day, though adequately cleaning up after what little food i ate within the cottage also sneezing profusely as I wake and before I lay to sleep, I must say being close enough to relax at the beach or recharge at a bookstore was very nice.

Ian and Elizabeth's guest cottage was exactly what I needed for a long weekend, solo trip to Naples — easy to access, an easy drive to downtown and a variety of great beaches, and comfortable. The one-room cottage was perfect for one person, and I appreciated the amenities provided, including drinking water, a smart TV and beach towels/chairs. It was not luxurious — being a shed, it's subject to the elements — but it was tidy and cozy, and a great price in my opinion. Highly recommend if this is what you're looking for!

Super cozy and fun place to stay. The best deal for the location, close to everything we wanted to do on Naples, and who doesn’t love an outdoor shower!
