Snorre's apartment was a great find for our stay in Bergen. Plenty of private sleeping spaces and room for our family of 4 for a 10 day stay in Bergen. Great location, grocery store close-by and Bergen Centrum is a short 8 minute walk. 10 bus stop footsteps from the front door. Highly recommend for a family looking for a place to stay in Bergen!

This apartment is a super find and a peaceful place to experience living centrally in Bergen. More spacious than the pictures suggest with plenty of room for our family of six to relax, it has a great kitchen to cook in and is two minutes / one block away from a well stocked mini supermarket. It’s also an easy walk to / from all the sights and restaurants of central Bergen (we didn’t use the bus at all but it stops outside if you need it). Snorre gave us clear instructions, helped me to sort out the parking app (we parked on the street outside) and was a pleasure to message with.

6 people across three generations stayed for 5 nights. Apartment was very nice - large kitchen/dining area, nice living room, comfortable beds. Nicely furnished, with pretty much everything that we needed. Main floor (1 floor up from street level) had the kitchen/dining/living area, plus 2 bedrooms (a double plus a single), plus a street-facing balcony. Up some steep stairs in the roof area were 2 more bedrooms, plus another sitting area (watch your head if you are tall). Kitchen had mostly everything that we needed for our stay, including a nespresso machine for coffee. Each room had a tv, and wifi was good. Location not bad - quiet, up the hill (15 min vigorous walk) north of the center, with a couple of grocery stores along the way. Near 2 parks. Bus accessible, but we didn't try. Easy street parking for our rental car (but $$$ on the easypark app). Easy communication with the host, and we let ourselves in with a key in the lockbox. Loved that this airbnb was clearly the host's.

Bergen is a stunning city and Snorre's home is in a terrific location. Public transit literally drops off outside the door and you can easily walk into the center of the city or up to one of the many magnificent parks. Treat yourself to a coffee at BKB, Emil's kabobs, or Sushi Roll in minutes. If you have questions, ask Snorre. He knows his stuff.
