The most critical deficiencies were the lack of a reliable stove and bbq and the lack of a controller for the AC/ heat pump; the absence of a fire extinguisher and a fire exit and no ability to compost due to maggots in the bin. The controller for the heat pump/AC was not provided during our stay. On arrival there was no propane in the BBQ, a broken umbrella on the patio deck, no patio table. The lamps in the loft were unworkable, there was little to no cutlery, very few glasses, one set of bed sheets, no fire extinguisher or fire escape for this roof top apartment. Other than a fire escape plan, over the course of the next few weeks these items were provided upon request. There was no outdoor, or common area (lobby etc.) maintenance during our stay. It did not meet the advertised expectations of a stunning sky loft apartment. We wondered whether the cost of $4,700/month (fees in)accords with local listings for an ordinary two-bedroom apartment. We expected more for our money.

Eric was responsive when we communicated, which we did not have to very much because I had no issues staying at his place. I spent two months at Eric's place while working at a local project. Kitchen is fully equipped to handle pretty much anything you'd want. It has a nice living room/ dinning area and a balcony with out door furniture and a BBQ, that is private. Amazon or other deliveries were no issue. Internet was very good, clocked over 100 mgbs. Parking in the back was also a bonus. I had no issues at all during my stay and can recommend staying here if your looking for a longer term stay.
