My place is close to public transport, southend, civic center, breweries, nightlife, restaurants, Publix grocery store. You’ll love my place because of It's less than ten minutes from uptown Charlotte but in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Lots of local breweries with great beer. Easy access to light-rail to take you into town. Outdoor patio where you can relax. Very comfortable and cozy space. Everybody welcome in this space.

Seth’s place is in a great location and close to good restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The rail trail is very accessible and fun to explore. Seth was very responsive and helpful.
