Street parking available.
7 minute walk to the local R Train.
The R train is local and is 55 minutes to Times Square. But switch to the Express N or D train at 36th street in Brooklyn on the same platform for 40-45 minute commute to Times Square (but you have to transfer for the Express N train on the same platform at 59th st, which is the first stop. Otherwise the Local R train will also get you there in 55-60 min.)
The new Ferry Terminal is a must to take into the city at least once. Coffee, beer, wine and light fanfare served on board with incredible Brooklyn Bridge, city views, Statue of Liberty and the Queen Mary II at the Redhook stop. 5th and final stop is Wall Street.
Oh, for $6.50 you can take the Express Bus right outside my door which gets you to FiDi/Wall Street in 10 minutes!
Stay on and it goes up Madison Avenue all the way up to 57th street where Tiffany’s and Lois Vuitton are. Hop off anywhere along the way.
Uber rides home vary in price but can be $29-60. Lyft is almost half as much as Uber. And taking a ride from here to the city is cheaper and the Juno app is the least expensive for that.

Street parking is available but sometimes hard to find. We have alternate side parking here, so be sure to read the parking signs on the side of the street you are parking. You might have to move your car at 9am the next day for 2 hours or find another space. There is also a parking garage near by.
