This place was more than I expected. I felt like I was in another country. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Victoria and this one had to be my favourite one yet. The host was so pleasant and made me feel right at home. If you want to feel like you’re in another world, this is the place to stay.

Stunning and peaceful property, and very unique cottage - felt like we were in the Italian country side. Very close (10-30 mins) to numerous towns and villages with good food and cafe options. We also opted to stay in and cook one night and the place was well equipped. Thanks Liz!

Secluded, rustic...timeless. Good location. Close to some great restaurants, experiences and nature. An elegant Provencal atmosphere, but sadly neglected. Badly in need of maintenence and cleaning. Not enough cutlery, china, mugs, etc. All mismatched. We had to clean the kitchen before we could use it. The sink leaked into pots and pans underneath which were full of dust and cobwebs. Some blankets and cupboards smelled damp and had stains. The bedding was dusty. The couch cushions kept sliding onto the floor with a collapsed seat. Not comfortable. The walk tracks on the property had no signage and no indication of the degree of difficulty, distance, etc. We were sent to a lookout we never found. Good places to visit closeby, but left undiscovered through lack of up to date information. Overall, we felt like an afterthought on the property.

We had the most relaxing and wonderful experience staying at the most gorgeous property. Such a unique place, we were blown away by its charm, calmness, interior design, nature, garden, farm animals and surroundings. It was the most memorable stay at any airbnb we’ve ever stayed. Thank you very much Liz and Rob for such a treat and well done for creating such an extraordinary property for people to relax and recharge. We hope to stay there again one day.

We loved the location of this BnB. It was so peaceful and definitely transported you to Europe. The bed was also very comfy! Things I would keep in mind- the parking is quite narrow and could be difficult to navigate at night. Additionally, amenities were running low or out of date. Overall, a pleasant stay.
