We were able to check in early which we are very grateful for. We met Vic who was very friendly and orientated us to the place and amenities. His list of celeb spotting houses and restaurants on the fridge was great. Looks just as pictured and described. Great location, walking distance to transport, Garden district, Magazine St and St Charles Ave. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly reccomend.

Great spot in a great location! Vic was always available if we needed him, we would absolutely stay here again!

Brian and Vic were awesome hosts! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and wasn't flying out till late and they allowed us to hang around even after our check out time. If we come back to New Orleans, we will definitely be staying here again!

Simple and comfortable space in a great location. Walk to Magazine St or the breweries on Tchoupitoulas, catch the 11 or 91 bus to many attractions, and catch a Second Line on Sunday. A cabinet full of towels, extra soap and trash bags, complimentary coffee - simple things that so many hosts overlook. Thanks Brian.
