The building is really really fabulous! It's easy to find with Kim's instruction. Full of plants around and inside the building. The views from each window are amazing. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the lights view of the whole Phnom Penh as well as the river. That's the feeling I can't describe with any words. The design of the space combines modern and local style which makes me a fresh feeling in Cambodia. It's like an adventure to live in the apartment as there is always surprise in every corner. Avy helped us with everything. Helpful staff and fully equipped rooms, make our family have a great time here together. They have solved all the problems we had and provided as much information as they can to help us. The common area is perfect for family and friends to get together or enjoy their own time and space. My family members who are from 1 years old to 65 years old are all enjoying inside. Kim himself is not here but he is always keeping in touch with me to provide any help we need. They even have a car for renting which I believe is helpful. We will definitely live here again and recommend it to anyone who would like a special trip in Cambodia. 建筑很醒目，就在湄公河畔。整栋楼都被植物环绕，房内也都遍布绿植。 房间设计的非常有特色，老板是欧洲人，整个公寓将欧洲设计风格和当地特色结合的很好，一定会让你耳目一新。每个房间都不同，每个窗口都有不同的风景但都一样美！特别是在几个大阳台看夜景时，整个金边尽收眼底,美炸了！ Avy负责接待和跟其他当地员工交流安排一切工作，有任何问题都可以咨询她。房东虽然不在，可是也一直通过信息和电话跟我们保持沟通，很好的解决了一些情况。 公寓的公共空间很多，可以很好的聚会，也可以自己找个角落窝着文艺一下。我们全家从一岁的宝宝到65岁的家长都赞不绝口。 如果有机会，我一定还要来住，也推荐给将要到金边希望有个与众不同旅途的大家。

All I need to say is 3 hammocks...in a penthouse. This is a nature-, zen-lovers, mile-high oasis in Phnom Penh. It's a HUGE loft with an open floor plan, 2 levels. Vines cover many of the windows so you get up-close-and-personal with local feathered friends. The house helper, Lina, is a darling and very accommodating, calling tuk-tuks whenever we needed and cooking us a lovely generous breakfast when requested. We loved the space, and the owner Kim was very prompt in his replies and extremely easy to deal with. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.
