This was my second time to stay here and I love it even more each time I am able to be there. Nancy and Ted are both very gracious and more then willing to help whenever you might need it. I appreciate communicating with kind and helpful people and they are just that.

This is a very comfortable little cottage for a couple. The host is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Next door is a lovely park with walking trails and a dog park. This place was absolutely the best value in the area and a great place to stay. We loved it and definitely recommend it to others. The building is old but well insulated. The king bed was very comfortable for us. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Likewise the bathroom. The shower has a 19" high threshold to step over getting in and out. This is not normally a problem for most people but may be a consideration for older or mobility limited people. The internet service was provided by a Verizon hot spot that only provided very low speed service. Email and messaging worked OK but many web sites were very slow to load. Streaming video and cloud syncing were not possible. We were able to use the unlimited data tethered on our T-Mobile phone to do everything we needed. The cable TV service worked perfectly. The parking space is just a few steps from the door.

Perfect location when visiting south Denver. Nothing fancy, but suited our needs to a T. We really appreciated the comfortable king size bed, and the close proximity to walking/biking trails.

Literally one of the best places I’ve stayed at. They’re so hospitable and helpful. The land is so beautiful and it’s a great experience!

Such a quaint cottage on a really lovely historic farm. Felt like being in the country but very close to all the Littleton amenities. Great open space with a pond and hiking trails right out the back door. Loved the big comfy king bed. So much nicer than staying in a sterile hotel room. Look forward to staying there again someday.
