I enjoyed my stay here. I had a few maintenance issues and the host was always responsive to them and communicated with me in a timely manner. It’s very safe with a 24 hour guard. The pools and gym a very nice as well. The furnishings are beautiful, bed is very comfortable perfect for a long stay.

Super cute spot! I stayed here for a couple of months for work and have no complaints. I would def recommend and stay again. Love the style of the apartment and perfect size!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 months and overall we loved it! It was very clean and with modern touches throughout! Pros: -Location! It’s located about 10 minutes south of the strip, so it’s a perfect distance away from the chaos of “Vegas.” -Gated community -TV in both living room and bedroom -Big walk in shower -Walk in closet -Free parking -Washer, dryer and dishwasher included Cons: -The window in the kitchen/dining room has a sheer curtain that is completely see through, so at nighttime, if you have your lights on, anybody can see in. (And it’s on the bottom floor) -As nice as it is being in a gated community, we were considered “guests” so we had to check in with security every single time we came in instead of going in the residents side. -There weren’t any cleaning products, soap, or hand/dish towels Overall, we’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a longer term stay in Las Vegas!
