The location is excellent, and the apartment is cozy, nice, and very clean, with all the necessities. I had asked if I could bring my small dog, and Michael accepted. Unfortunately, he didn't inform me that the apartment door and the adjacent bed are located right next to the main entrance of the building. The sound insulation is very poor; you can hear the tenants in the neighboring apartment, as well as footsteps going up and down the stairs and outside the building. My poor dog was very stressed and barked upon hearing the noises. Michael angrily complained on the first day about my dog barking, even though we spent the whole day outside and were in the apartment for just half an hour. Furthermore, it was only seven o'clock in the evening and not a holiday. With such conditions, I used the apartment just for sleeping at night and spent the time outside as much as I can. The apartment lacks privacy; it's suitable and can be nice only if you're alone, with no pet, child, or partner.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und das Zimmer ist so wie abgebildet. Michael ist auch ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm vor der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr schnell und freundlich

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, ist nahe zum Bahnhof und nicht allzu weit weg von der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Begrüßung durch Michael war herzlich und der Check-In flexibel. Auch drei Stunden verspätet hat Michael uns noch gut gelaunt empfangen.
