We truly enjoyed our stay at this home perched above Playa Rosada. The views are amazing. The host, Isa, was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. The house staff, Leonor and David were very professional, friendly, and efficient....keeping the place looking beautiful. Great pool, great sunsets, and in general, The Ranch is rad. Would definitely come back.

Amazing ocean views from this beautiful and comfortable house. Communications with the host was excellent . The house stands on a mountain viewing the ocean with no interruptions around it. The maintenance team was taking good care of cleaning every 2 days and daily maintenance of the common areas and pool. Having said that there were several incidents with insects including large spiders/scorpions and flying ants that would come in large quantities every night which might be related to the dry season , heat during this time and open location but this is definitely something to pay attention to as we were a family with kids and elders.

I love the house and the view, but, the follow up to keep the house clean, was non existent. Meaning we stayed 4 nights in the house and we had no change of sheets or bath/pool towels and no one came to clean the house so trash accumulated. I love the house truly , it was the second time staying there. but you gotta send clean up , and give the guests fresh towels and sheets. No one called or messaged Us to check if everything was ok.

Our stay at Timeless Rosada in Rancho Santana was incredible! The villa had stunning ocean views and luxurious interiors. The amenities were top-notch, especially the infinity pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location within Rancho Santana was perfect for exploring the beaches and enjoying onsite activities. I can't wait to return!
