房源位置不错，离滑雪场很近。但是房源设施老旧，我们来的时候屋外的热水浴坏了无法使用，走廊的浴室我们也不知道怎么打开花洒，不过客服帮我们解决了，只是回复时间有点长。以及房间客厅的凳子已经明显老化，我们正常使用遇到了椅子突然损坏，这是我们住了这么多民宿第一次遇到这样的问题。总体来说抛开这些遇到的问题，入住体验整体还行。

Great location, great amenities, great view. Only complaint was hot tub was not usable for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, and we specifically chose this for the hot tub. on top of that, it was dirty with scum marks on the waterline. When we told them to clean it and they only cleaned the half that we took a picture of, but we found more marks on the other half. It wasn't that it didn't work, it was that they first didn't turn it up soon enough for it to be usable on the first day, and then turned it off when we complained about the scum marks the 2nd day. we managed to turn it back on for the 3rd night so it wasn't a complete bust, but very disappointing experience overall.

Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 4:20pm to the house cleaners still cleaning. They told us they were behind due to the previous guesting “partying” and breaking the bunk beds and maintenance had to fix the bed prior to them cleaning. The pin pad on the outside of the garage never worked for us, even after calling maintenance to reset the lock. We also called maintenance to fix one of the bunkbeds due to very loud creaking that made it impossible to sleep comfortably in; bed still creaks but it is better. The beds and pillows are very hard and cheap and the one room with 2 sets of bunk beds is definitely a very uncomfortable seep. The positives of the house is that the kitchen is nice for cooking, the view and backyard is beautiful and the hot tub is a nice amenity. This is obviously a house that the bare minimum was spent and converted to a rental. With that in consideration, I will definitely be looking at alternative places to stay next time I am in Tahoe.
