Casuarina Cove 7 is a stunning 3 bedroom apartment enjoying sensational marina and ocean views. It's prime location ,just behind Hamilton Island's Front St gives you easy access to all the Cafe's, restaurants and shops. This spacious and newly renovated Villa boasts 2 over-sized bedrooms offering king beds plus a handy 3rd bedroom with the option of 2 single beds or a king bed , all with the latest 42 inch smart TV's and free 5G wifi. Upstairs is the master bedroom (King Bed) and ensuite, lounge and kitchen with a large balcony and outdoor dining setting. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom (King Bed) , 3rd Bedroom (King or 2 king single beds) with bathroom and also a large balcony. The Casuarina Cove complex has its own private pool and you also have access to all resort pools and resort facilities. To get around the island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy with it's own garage and charging station. Upon your arrival at the airport or ferry terminal ,you will be met by a private valet and then taken on a short drive straight to the apartment. This service is also provided for your return. You will also have access to all the resort facilities, including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. (*charges apply) Hamilton Island offers many restaurants and the popular Tavern. Also you can choose from a wide range of take away options including Popeyes Fish and Chips, the Bakery and the new Pizzeria / Gelato bar to name a few. There is an IGA supermarket which has a vast array of groceries and fresh produce including local seafood all at competitive prices plus the IGA Liquor store. Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM¿s around the island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Great location, nice and central. Relaxing Holiday
For over $1000 a night, the place needs serious maintenance even down to the cutlery. And no way of making coffee, not even a cafetière. There was no vacuum cleaner, a rusty dishrack, dishwasher filter was filthy, no bulb in stove exhaust light (this is so easy to fix), smoke alarm had been removed outside main bedroom, cockroaches in dishwasher and bedrooms, sliding door rollers need replacing, a mattress protecter was used as a dooner in children’s bedroom (yuk), wardobe door hinges loose, hooks hanging off wall in bathroom, toilet roll holders loose, dishwasher shelf was missing a wheel, thick black grease on wall behind bbq and for some reason framed pictures were stored under the main bed creating a dust repository. Nonetheless it is a beautiful outlook, spoilt slightly by the noise from the pub exhaust fan down below. The golf buggy worked well. I asked about a vacuum cleaner and was told there was one but couldn’t find it anywhere so used the very dirty broom (buy one from IGA?)

Casuarina Cove 7 was an amazing stay over the Christmas period. The house had everything we needed and offered beautiful views for afternoon drinks and nibblies. Situated above the marina, we were close to everything if we needed anything, and the buggy provided was an excellent way to get around! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful with pick and up and drop off of bags to the airport!
Great location - just a short walk down to restaurants and cafes along the marina. The deck is the perfect private, shady spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of flyscreen doors and windows plus great ceiling fans to keep us cool and comfortable. The aircon, when we used it was effective and quiet.
