A beautiful place located in the middle of the island, the owners were amazing and helped immensely with our stay, recommending us local cuisines and destinations for us to enjoy our vacation.

Mein Urlaub in der Foravila, war sehr schön. Die Lage von dem Haus ist sehr optimal wenn man viel von der Insel sehen möchte. Der Pool hat ebenso meinen Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben 1 Woche im Lloseta verbracht. Was gut war: - großzügiges Haus für 6 Personen - Zwei zusätzliche tragbare Ventilatoren - Schön abgelegen und damit ruhig - Der Host (ganze Familie) reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und Anrufe, innerhalb von wenigen Minuten vor Ort gewesen Was weniger gut und enttäuschend war: - ständiger Wasserausfall, erst nach 3 Tagen zeigte uns der Host wie wir eigenständig es anmachen konnten. Damit hat sich unser Tagesplan zum Teil verschoben. Auch sagte der Host, dass sie dieses Problem vorher nicht hatten, was leider laut dem Feedback bei Airbnb nicht ganz stimmt. Zu beachten ist jedoch die große Hitzewelle die zu dem Zeitpunkt war. - Leider war die Unterkunft nicht einladet und sauber. Im Waschbecken und in der Dusche befanden sich noch Haare und Schmutz. Handtücher waren ausgeblichen (Bleaching Flecken) und ausgefranst. Fremde Unterwäsche im Schrank. Liegestühle am Pool nicht für 6 Personen und zusammengeklappt. Grundsätzlich wirkte das Haus als wenn alle überflüssigen Sachen aus dem eigenen Haushalt in das Haus gestellt wurden. - Fehlende Grundausstattung. Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee, Waschpulver, große Becher, Schüsseln etc. nicht vorhanden. 2 Toiletten Rollen zur Verfügung gestellt bei 6 Personen für eine Woche. All diese Dinge wirkten für uns als Gäste nicht einladend bzw. unvorbereitet auf uns. - Bei Anmerken der Handtücher und der Sauberkeit, schien es der Mutter zu missfallen und war sichtlich verärgert Grundsätzlich wäre das Haus eine schöne Möglichkeit sich zu erholen mit Freunden/Familie und gemeinsame Zeit zu verbringen. Jedoch aufgrund der genannten Punkte war es für uns enttäuschend und passt nicht zu den Preis den man gezahlt hat. Zu beachten sind auch die Kurtaxe die in Spanien zu bezahlen ist. Wir hatten sie automatisch über die Airbnb Rechnung bezahlt (Steuern und Gebühren) und somit ist es nicht extra an den Host zu entrichten.

The villa and the pool area were clean and in a good shape. The pool was probably the best part of the house, very big, quiet and the water temperature was perfect. Communication with the host agency was fast and convenient. A few things to be aware of: The villa is located in the outskirts, you definitely need a car to get around. The nearest bus stop is about 3 km from the villa and the road that leads to villa gets very dark at night. A very friendly stray cat lives in the garden which needs to be fed. We bought cat food for him/her. There are no washing machines and iron in the villa unlike the description. What the host agency told us about the speed and data cap of the internet was unfortunately not accurate at all, we got over ten times slower internet than promised, which made it impossible for us to work or game as we were five people. There was a water outage during our stay which the owner of the villa was quick to fix but he told us that we use too much electricity and need to keep the light switches off to avoid the issue. The gate didn’t work properly, we had to contact the owner as we couldn’t get it to open. They repaired it and told us to open it manually and not remotely. The gate then opened automatically by itself during the night which is very unsafe. The big parasol in the pool area is very unstable, it’s only secured by two rocks and it tipped over (almost on us) when it was very windy. There are no trash cans or recycling stations anywhere nearby. You probably need to drive off to the nearest town (Inca 6km) to throw the trash. We suspect that the two single beds in one of the bedrooms had bedbugs, as two of us who slept there got strange bites (similar to bed bugs) on them. Overall a nice place, but there’s much room for improvements.
