Bellissima! What a gem of an Airbnb. Historic feel, unbelievable deck and view, great restaurants nearby. Federico was so kind with the check in process and gave us great recommendations on dinning and boat rentals. The decor is simple and stylish. Bathroom modern and comfortable. Loved every minute!

Great place. Highly recommend. Perfect location in Bellagio (about 5 mins to the center). Giancarlo was great with giving recommendations and was very responsive from the very beginning. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend. The place is nice and clean and it’s spacious. The balcony is amazing.

Federico was the best Airbnb host we have ever experienced. Check-in was a breeze and he was available to meet us in person to give us a run through of everything. Once we were inside it was amazing to see the views of Lake Como from the property, the pictures online simply did not do it justice. The Airbnb overall was very spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us and well equipped with everything we needed. Federico was also able to help with booking a sailing tour that picked us up right from the private dock in front of the house! Everything was clean and well organized. Beds were comfortable and had ample amounts of bedding and pillows. Having a car is a good idea as it’s located on a very narrow road with no sidewalks, so walking isn’t a great option, but Bellagio was just a short 5 min drive. Dedicated parking for the Airbnb was nice as well and although the entrance was narrow we had no issues getting in and out in our manual rental car. Overall it was a perfect stay!

GORGEOUS patio with a view! This is the entire selling part. Place has everything you need and hosts are super responsive and friendly! Great location less than 10 minute drive to Bellagio. Happier we stayed in a calmer quieter spot. You definitely need to rent a car and be prepared to drive on very small windy roads not big enough for 2 cars to pass (all of lake Como is like this). They have a bus that runs but not too frequently and you can bike but you cannot walk to Bellagio (road is too dangerous). There was a nice small beach in the other direction (I believe was near Otto) that we only discovered on our way home. We hired a skipper to take us on a private boat but they also have a boat rental (and kayak) at Boat 2 go a short 6 minute drive where you can rent your own boat for much cheaper (you dont need a boat license but be careful as there are many ferries). There is a really good restaurant Al Molo 5 also a 6-7 minute drive. Overall would 10/10 recommend and come back again!

We had a great time at this place. There is plenty of space, it is clean and cosy. We spent most of our time on the terrace overlooking the lake and enjoyed shade in the afternoon. The location is great provided you are eager to drive a car to get around (you cannot really walk on the road). The only downside is that one can hear some traffic as the road is nearby (actually between the house and the mountains) but this is common to all houses on this coast.
