EXCELLENT! ⚡️This is the best stay away from home! the most hospitable owner, very responsive, kind, attentive, you must try it! We are changed our place of residence, and really needed a place where we could relax and be at home! we got it! everything was at the highest level, a historic house in excellent condition, a very beautiful room, with a perfect view, a wonderful balcony where you can always catch the sun. Cleanliness 10/10, lots of quality towels, good bathrobes, fresh flowers on the table, sweets. A full-fledged kitchen in which it is pleasant to cook, everything is at hand, the most kitchen utensils, the most delicious coffee, and filtered water. The bathroom is very comfortable, clean with new fixtures. The most pleasant thing was the attention of the owner, he baked us delicious banana bread, and treated us to delicious dishes and aromatic cocoa. What can I say, THANK YOU so much Kelly for the best month of stay in America ❤️

I loved the charm this room had to offer. Kelly is accommodating and flexible. Kelly went out of his way to make sure I felt right at home. I could tell Kelly knows San Diego well. He gave me explicit directions on how to get from the airport to his place on public transportation. I've lived in my neighborhood for over 20 years-I couldn't do that as well as Kelly did. I was in town working Comic Con. I was up early and returned late. The hallway light was always left on for me. I loved returning to a peaceful environment after a long day in the convention center. I felt bad for not being around more to enjoy the property or chat with Kelly more. I am recommended this spot to every friend or family member who visits San Diego in the future. This is a great spot with a phonmenal host! You will not be disappointed.

Kelly's home is in a unique and lovely historical building. My husband and I stayed for seven days and enjoyed returning to our cozy 2nd-floor room after long days at an annual work conference. The bed is ultra comfy, the towels are lush and pristine and there is absolutely everything needed in the closet (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, hand towels, washcloths, magnifying mirror, hooks, hangers, etc.!) There is a small couch, a desk with a comfy chair a full-length mirror. There are plenty of electrical outlets and charging stations which is awesome for the watch, phone, and computer x 2!! In addition to the fully equipped bedroom is the amazing and convenient kitchen! The kitchen has absolutely everything that could be wanted to cook with, full use of everything. Kelly has also provided a beautiful coffee/tea station for his guests! Yummm. Kelly was always immediately available should we have a question and we now have a new friend now! Thank you Kelly!

立地が良く、ダウンタウンの中心部やリトルイタリーに徒歩で行く事ができ利便性が良かったです。ただ家のすぐ目の前の大通りはホームレスが多く住んでいる場所であり、注意が必要だと感じました。 オーナーのKellyさんは諸事情でいらっしゃいませんでしたが、事前にオーナーの友人の方が滞在しているというメッセージを頂いてました。私は滞在中彼と仲良くなり、この家について教えてもらったり、ピザを作ってもらい楽しい時間を過ごしました！是非またこの家に泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました:)
