Mark是一位非常好的房东，所有问题都能第一时间帮助解决，房子设备非常齐全，位置也很好，周边有很多餐馆，生活非常便利。

We are a local family and just spent a week at Mark's place while our home underwent minor renovations. Pros - 1) Great location in the heart of Bethesda with tons of restaurants within walking distance (Jetties, Z Burgers, Anthony's Pizza, Pitango gelato, and Starbucks). 2) Good size bedrooms. 3) Mark was very responsive throughout our stay. 4)Parking for two cars. Cons - Apartment could use a deep cleaning, especially in the fridge/freezer and drawers in the kitchen; more dishes and bowls; and refreshed towels and linens.

A bit expensive, but Mark was excellent in describing a very complicated check in process in a way that we could manage. He was very proactive and communicative at all stages of the stay. Very comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer a bonus. We’d stay again.

This was a great, central location in Bethesda - relatively easy walk to two metro stations, close to NIH and lots of good restaurants, not to mention a Starbucks! The host is a great communicator, very responsive and helpful to make sure everything went well with our stay and all instructions for entry were super clear. The unit is comfortable, cozy, and in a nice, safe, quiet building. We would definitely stay here again - we had a great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. We had everything we needed and a Trader Joe's right around the corner. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy walk to the Metro station. Mark had very clear check-in instructions and there is a place to park your car in the garage if you have one. We took the Metro to DC each day and it was not a problem at all. Would recommend this place if visiting DC.
