I had an extended stay, and I loved the layout of the house. Location was great, too. The backyard was big with a beautiful pool and 2 different areas to lounge with many chairs. I would highly recommendthus place.

We were here in July of 2021. There were 9 of us. I am someone who packs cleaning supplies. So when I say the place was very clean, I mean it! The location is close to most things. Nothing we did was more than a 30 minute drive. Great local places to eat about 15 minutes away in Gilbert— High Tide, Liberty Market, Snooze. The house is tucked away in a quiet community. Safeway is about three minutes away. If you’re a party crowd this isn’t for you. The pool was warm until the rain fell overnight for a couple days and cooled it down. I did reach out about a couple concerns, two chairs were not usable but it wasn’t a big deal for us because there is so much seating at two tables and in the living rooms. There is seating outside but there were a lot of ants so we didn’t utilize the outside patio at all just the pool. I received two texts one at checkin and one to make sure everything was okay. I sent a text/question about the pool but didn’t hear back. I called to report everything I noticed which they request. There are plenty of towels (bath and pool towels) and wash cloths. You’ll need to purchase trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels and hand soap if you’re staying for about a week like we did. We had a nice time. I recommend this place.

The house was perfect for our family. We had three generations and there was something for all. It had everything we needed. The location was close to shopping and freeway.s.The pool was fantastic. We had a great time during our visit.
