The location of the place is really great. Very quite and picturesque. Great views of the golf course and pine trees. The house itself is quite big and well appointed. There was a nice porch at the back. There's a working fireplace perfect for cold nights and for roasting marshmallows. The rooms and beds are large enough and comfortable.

This place has a great location on one of John Hay’s campus. It is on top of a hill and offers great views. We felt very safe. It was also nice and quiet, perfect for a small gathering. Carmine was a gracious host and even identified the need for another location that was more appropriate. The house was spacious, well kept and had all the amenities we needed. The only knock on it is that it was a little dated. Overall, I recommend this place to anybody wanting to enjoy Baguio city but can hideaway quietly in a place that is still within the city

Thank you so so sooo much for accepting us at the last minute and even looking for an unbooked property (on the holiday Labor day long weekend itself!) to accommodate our whole family. Everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. Country Home F11 truly became our home away from home! The rooms were so spacious clean! I personally love the walk in closet in the master's bedroom and the 2 windows there. It's a view anyone would absolutely love waking up to! The attic was cool and breezy, and was sooo big, 11 people can all fit in it! I am not kidding!!! That's my favorite room in the house! This house is for big family groups and for those who love to cook. It's centrally located and not hard to find. For those who love to walk, simply sightsee and to just breath in the fresh air, the golf course, Starbucks, outlet shops, restaurants, and the manor are all just a walking distance. So glad and thankful to have found Ms. Carmina Joy and her Mom, Ms. Tina just before a day before the Labor Day long weekend 2017 started - a last minute miracle! We will not hesitate to book with them again. If you're reading this, and your group is not more than 12 adults, DO NOT HESITATE anymore!!! Book it now or lose it to someone else!
