The villa is located on a hill surrounded by vineyards and orchards. From the garden and from the swimming pool you can enjoy a magnificent view. It is a landscape suitable for those who love walking, small villages, culture, sports, cycling (Fausto Coppi was born here), excursions, food and wine, festivals and excellent wine. You can eat under the large porch equipped with a grill and enjoy the peace in the pool or in the garden. Ideal situation also for smart working. We are waiting for you! The house is completely independent. It consists of a room with double bed, a single bed and private bathroom in the room. A large living room with sitting area, wi fi, open kitchen, dining table. The single bed can be placed in the living room if you prefer. The house opens onto a huge private porch with characteristic arches and furnished with tables and sofas where you can eat and relax and from which you can see the hills. At guests' disposal a grill for outdoor barbecues. Washing machine available in the structure. Parking space. The house is dedicated to people who love tranquillity, peace and nature. The swimming pool is for exclusive use and shared with guests staying in our other independent structure which can accommodate up to 4/5 people.Great for smart working.We are waiting for you!

Het huis van Ornella ligt schitterend! vanaf een van de vele zitjes heb je subliem zicht over de heuvels en zonsondergang. Het terras rond het huis is groots, veel ruimte, meerdere zitplekken. Grote tuin met mooi zwembad, voldoende ligstoelen. Het huis waar wij zaten, ik denk een voormalige stal, oogt een beetje gedateerd en wat rommelig, maar is schoon. En heel belangrijk, een heerlijk bed! De uitrusting van de keuken is basis, zo is er geen oven (alleen magnetron), geen waterkoker en geen vaatwasser. Dat laatste was voor ons overigens geen probleem. De omgeving is qua landschap heel fraai. Als je van fietsen houdt, heb je voldoende keuze tussen zwaar en gemiddeld. Het was een prima verblijf, met aardige host en geweldig uitzicht.
Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. We were there for working and cycling. Perfect spot for that! And Matteo was super helpful all the time! We will definitely come back!
We had a great stay at Ornella’ beautiful place. The house is cute and rustic like in the pictures. The outside patio is fantastic and the yard and the pool and the beautiful view are all you need for a relaxing stay. We’ll be back!
We stayed at Ornellas house for 4 nights. It was one of our special stays in Italy. The place is very peaceful, quiet and has an awesome, ambient view. Ornella and Matteo were very nice to us and also be very polite, we liked that a lot. If you are looking for some relaxing days without any kind of media, much humans and a retreat of your daily routine, we would definetly recommend this house at any time! Just outside the house you can set out for bucolic walks in absolute tranquility. For the more sporty, bicycle routes to reach the most distant villages. The area is renowned for its excellent wines, genuine typical products and truffles which you can taste in the numerous trattorias or restaurants in the area. You can take wonderful walks or bike rides among the green hills. At about 30 minutes there are two golf courses and the Terme di Salice For a more social day (25 km away) we recommend a tour of the shops and clubs of the Serravalle Scrivia Outlet, the largest in Europe with 240 stores of famous Italian and world brands. Do not miss a visit to the Cantine dell'Oltrepo' to taste the local wines and the nature trails of the Borbera river or between the Trebbia gorges. You can visit two regions of Piedmont known all over the world for their villages and food... the Langhe and Monferrato We are a few km from Tortona where there are supermarkets and food shops, 80 km from Milan, 65 km from Genoa (do not miss a visit to the aquarium) and 108 from Turin (do not miss a visit to the famous Egyptian museum). The discreet, relaxing accommodation can make a tourist feel truly satisfied by the discovery of this corner of the world.
