Just overall a really great stay! The included breakfast was great, the location within walking distance from happo-one gondola and with the possibility to ski back, basically to the doormat was superb and even though it was a shared bathroom it was always nice and clean and never crowded. On top of it all, they provided lift and arrangements to nearby onsens and restaurant area (“echoland”), which was a really nice surprise! I would definitely book this again, if we come back to Hakuba!

The hosts were lovely and kind - picked us up from the bus station, gave us a quick tour of the town, and took us to our departure point. They were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were bigger than expected and beds super comfy. Supplied breakfast had a different hot option each day and all amenities provided. We also took up the onsen shuttle offer which was a great way to recover from skiing.

Amazing stay, host was great. Even provided transport assistance to the local hot spring and dinner. 10/10 experience.
