I loved this property. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The hot water heater wasn't working at first. I messaged Mike and he came over within 10 minutes to fix it. I loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the mountains. I highly recommend this place. I think Mayhill is prettier than Cloudcroft.

It was a great time for Father and 2 boys. Much better than staying a hotel. I liked that there was a furnished kitchen to save on eating out.

Place was perfect for what I needed. I had 6 others staying in Mayhill Hotel and the space offered by The Pines was perfect for us to cook dinner and joke about the day’s hunt. And it has HOT water which has been a struggle in other places I’ve stayed over the years in Mayhill area. Do note - Mayhill is a small country town so do not expect to be in a house in a HOA-managed community. What some view as clutter in neighboring yards are treasures when a neighbor needs something and the nearest supply store is at least an hour drive.
