The house is a beautiful old home maintained well to make you feel at home. Kent is an awesome host and was very connected for any questions we had. Made us feel very welcome and made sure we are well settled and taken care of. The house is well located and it was very convenient for us to attend events on campus.

This is our 3rd time at Kent's place. We find it welcoming and perfect for our needs. Kent is very quick to respond back with any questions. Would absolutely recommend renting from him. We LOVE the front porch for sitting and talking. The backyard is nice and relaxing too. The beds for wonderful. He provides a great amount of towels and linens for the guests too.

The New Orleans house is exactly as listed. We had 9 adults and had plenty of space, sitting areas and beds. The house is loaded with charm, warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed, and is walkable to campus and downtown Champaign. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, nice fenced in yard and quiet neighborhood.

Kent and Mary Lou’s place was great… we had 12 adults/kids plus 3 dogs and we had more than enough space for our crew and felt right at home. We appreciated this charming old house, the New Orleans decor, the comfy beds and extra blankets, 3 full baths, and all the kitchen items we needed for some good meals. We had several rounds of communication with Kent and Mary Lou and they made everything so easy. Great stay, we’ll try to book again next time we’re in the area.
