Spacious and comfortable house. Beautiful quiet setting amongst trees with lorikeets, rosellas and visiting cheeky magpies. Paul was helpful in advising in advance of a widespread power outage that day and respinsive to my messages. Fire was fantastic. Everything in the house was functional and comfortable. If you are looking for modern, with new furniture and kitchenware it's not what you're after but it suited us just fine.

Great gateway to famous Venus bay beaches. There are five beaches to choose from. The property is in private and quiet area and within walking distance to one of the beaches. Having mild summer so far, we didn't expect to have 38degree three days in the row on the labor day weekend. Alas, there's no aircon at the property, only three fans which we tried our best to make do. All in all, good time!

A great, peaceful location but, although no cleaning fee is charged, the place really needs a good clean. The spare room mattress protectors are stained and had other's hairs on them, the provided linen was also stained, and a lot of the pots and pans still had food remains from past guests and the kitchen drawers are quite musty. On the whole it has all the equipment required for a self contained stay and is in a very quiet location, a nice 20 min walk to the nearest beach.
