We needed to upgrade home sizes fairly last minute for a graduation when a new addition (first grandson) arrived a few weeks earlier than planned. Needless to say, we were anxious and nervous traveling with a newborn during such a busy time of year for college graduations. Reached Carmen who was delightful in helping coordinate a different property to accommodate our entire family and in a perfect location to avoid direct Hwy 35 congestion yet keep us close by. Carmen was fabulous to work with - the location and house were exactly what we needed, and more, for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant. We enjoyed all comforts of home - from a forgotten iron to extra charging plugs plus all the amenities we could ask for on such a trip. We can't thank her enough for the care and hospitality she showed our family. We would gladly stay in any of her properties in the future! 5-STAR+ Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for your extra considerations - we surely appreciate it!

We stayed at elegant manor for a local area wedding. The location in Kyle was very good and easy to get to. Carmen was proactive and gave us all the information that we needed! We were able to check in a little early. The decor was so rich and comfortable! The house was super clean as well. I really appreciated the clear directions everywhere in the house and the manual on the counter. It makes it super easy to ensure that we are doing everything right. My favorite thing about the house was the very comfortable beds and amazing linens. So comfy to sleep in after our events. A bonus for me was the thick curtains in each room. So often air BNBs have thin curtains that let too much light in- but these were great! Additionally there was a little welcome gift and complimentary coffee! I would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing and gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back to stay. The wood floors are beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and beautifully furnished. A serene backyard to sit and relax. when the weather cools down the patios at this home would be amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. The master bedroom balcony is amazinglybeautiful to have a cup of coffee. The bathrooms were very well stocked and beautifully decorated. I truly recommend staying at this beautiful home of Carmen's. She is an excellent host.
