沟通顺畅，指示明确，顺利接头。房间设计的不错👌动静分离，两个阳台很舒服。接待热情周到。总之不错的房东，不错的房子。

Peter's place was really nice. We met with him at the Metro right on schedule and the whole check in worked flawlessly. The place itself is not a whole appartement but a whole small house, displaced on 2-3 floors (if you take into account the bathroom). It feels really nice and homey and has 2 balconies which make great chill out spots. Location wise it is at the edge of the city - which was clear from the start, but it only takes 10 min to get to a Lidl and other shops and the area is quiet. Value wise it is great and would definitely book again.

Почувствахме се като у дома си. Добре дошли бяхме и с мечока Хари (немска овчарка), и на него и нас много ни хареса и се надяваме пак да се върнем скоро. Благодарим!

Мноно уютно място, чисто и добре поддържано. Любезни и отзивчиви домакини. За трети път гостуваме в този приятен апартамет, затова го препоръчвам на всеки.

Peter was kind enough to pick us up from the bus station. He helped us order a taxi to the town centre when we had difficulty on the 1st day of arrival (the taxi operators didn't understand English and hung up on us). Bella is always responsive, friendly and super kind and nice. I am extremely grateful to her for responding so quickly to our queries. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and the best Airbnb I stayed at (Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna). The kitchen is so well equipped I ended up cooking even though I didn't intend to. It was just too tempting with the rainbow of fresh produce from the Farmer's Market! We ate very well every day, with a home cooked lunch and an extravagant dinner at restaurants. The location is a little far to walk to the town centre, but taxis are inexpensive, and if you drive, it's not an issue at all. We had a truly enjoyable stay at Boulevard Bulgaria 63.
