Our stay at Finca Biniatzar was a dream! The house is better than the photos and eveyone felt right at home! The location is perfect! The pool, bedrooms, courtyard. Everything exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!

The finca/property is absolutely beautiful, and absolutely enormous. You could easily sleep 20 people here. Catalina was very helpful with all of our arrangements and planning, including helping to book a family photo shoot on the property. She was also very flexible when we had to modify our original booking, which was hugely appreciated. The watch-outs are that the property isn’t child friendly. Lots of stone and hard surfaces in and around the house, including the pool, open/unprotected windows, etc. We felt like we couldn’t take our eyes off our three year old at any point which made the stay very stressful. It was also very buggy with tons of mosquitoes, spiders, and little gnats that even made their way into a bed. Probably the norm for Mallorca in July, but did add quite a bit of discomfort and made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful back patio. If these things are of no concern, however, it is a picturesque property, and you will probably be pleased.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, Check-In hat gut geklappt. Wir hatten leider nur kein Leihauto und mussten uns somit mit dem Taxi zur Unterkunft fahren lassen. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr steinig und die Taxifahrer hatten uns einfach bei der Hälfte des Weges rausgelassen. Die Taxifahrer fahren nicht so gerne dorthin nach oben aufgrund der Unebenheiten. ( Sie fahren schon nach oben, aber halt ungern.) Ein Leihwagen ist nur zu Empfehlen, da die Unterkunft im nirgendwo ist. Es sind keine Läden in der Nähe wo man zu Fuß erreichen könnte. Die Aussicht und die pure Landschaft ist wunderschön. Man ist komplett für sich alleine dort. Ein Highlight ist der Pool. Wir hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht. Es wurde liebevoll hergerichtet und war sehr vielfältig. Sehr zu empfehlen. Fazit: Wunderschöne Finka in einer schönen Landschaft mit sehr schönem Pool. Lage mit Auto gut. (Ca. 25 min. nach Palma). Unbedingt ein Leihwagen buchen. Es gibt nur 3 Taxis in der Umgebung (lange Wartezeiten).

Beautiful place, Catalina and Nico are very friendly and excellent hosts. The place is unique and stunning kept in great condition :)
