Really loved this spot! Between Northstar and Heavenly ski hills. Lots of places to eat, nice grocery store, coffee shops. The view out of the living room over the lake is spectacular!

We had a lovely time at the house. The best thing about it is the gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony and windows. There are two balconies directly overlooking the lake and you can hear the water lapping at the shore. That was very peaceful and serene. The only problem is that there is no easy access to the water to go for a swim, which was a little frustrating. The place was clean and had all the amenities - except we could not find a kettle, which was a little odd (given that there was everything else!). Very pretty and peaceful location, somewhat out of the way of the main areas of Incline Village but close to Kings Beach, which had a cool beachy vibe which we liked. Overall a very positive experience for our family vacation.

The location and view are wonderful! The decor is a bit dated, but the condo is clean. It has bathroom towels, but you’ll need to bring your own beach towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
