公寓闹中取静，PATH进出NYC很方便，Joseph很热情，给了一些交通的建议，值得推荐。

能停车，位置绝佳，生活与出行都非常方便；主人很和善，厨房厨具特别值得一赞，特适合小住几日并且愿意自己动手烹饪的过客。作为底层难免空气不太流通，但开了设备后尚可接受。非常安静。性价比很好。Nice location, nice parking place, very nice host, great kitchen! A very good place for 2 persons to stay for several days. The basement house is a bit stuffy, but it is acceptable after opening the air conditioner and dehumidifier. And it is very convenient to buy food and cook for oneself. And unexpectedly quiet at night.

Joseph is a friendly, laid back guy. Gave me a warm welcome and left pastries and bottles of water for my arrival which was much appreciated after a long journey. Was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions. The apartment is more spacious and actually nicer than the photos suggest. Comfortable bed; cosy separate living area and kitchen area with a big oven and fridge; spacious bathroom with a big bath. The area is very safe, quiet and clean, but close to grocery stores, takeaways, restaurants and cool bars and only a short trip into Manhattan. It was actually way easier to get into Manhattan than it was from Brooklyn where I stayed on my last trip to NYC. I stayed just myself and it was far more affordable and better than anywhere I could find in Manhattan, but would be even more affordable for a couple staying. Highly recommended for anyone on a budget who still wants to stay somewhere nice!

I can only praise this apparent. Everything one needs is available and within walking distance. The apartment itself is cozy and perfect for 2 people.
