I found the check-in process extremely hard. My worst experience on an Airbnb. You will need to pick up the keys from the agency - which is specified. The problem is that the agency is located in a tricky spot with no place/instructions to park, one of the codes for the door was wrong, I couldn't find the garage door to park the car. When I call the agency, every time someone different was answering having no clue on how to help me. It took 2 hours to finally get inside. While we were staying there, they asked us if they could bring someone to show the property. We felt uncomfortable, so they avoid it. But still it required time from our side in messages etc. Finally, the water pump broke down on our last day - being extremely noisy. Again, I notified them via phone. The place is great and in a beautiful location . So overall I had a great experience with the house and a bad experience with the agency - which kind of defeated the whole point of Airbnb - which is avoid agencies.
We loved our stay at 18 The Stream Edge, Lower Fisher Row in Oxford. We would definitely like to rent the unit out again in the future. Emily at your office was outstanding, I don't know what more she could have done to make us feel right at home.

Great apartment in city centre. Spotless, has everything you‘d possibly need. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was unsatisfactory, however.
