Had a wonderful stay & will come back again. Perfect location convenient to the airport, University & tons of attractions, eateries, shopping, etc… Very clean & comfortable. I appreciated the nice special touches of welcoming items, linens, kitchen amenities, & the beautiful artwork & books from or about Albuquerque & New Mexico. Jan & Richard are very welcoming & kind hosts & they’ve put a lot of effort into creating a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend. 💗

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s Airbnb! The place was amazing, thoughtfully arranged, accommodating and extremely clean. The whole place was full of little surprises like a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We will definitely be returning next time we visit Albuquerque 😀

Wonderful hosts and amazing little spot. We stayed for a month while our baby is in the NICU. It is a very convenient location for hospital visits. Jan and Rich treated us like family, going out of their way multiple times to graciously accommodate us. They even toddler-proofed the place before we got there for our three year old. The AirBnB is pristine and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the large windows that looked out onto the lovely garden along the side of the house. Don't miss Route 66 Diner just around the corner! We ate there at least twice a week.

I had a fantastic time staying with Jan and Richard at Casa Central. I worked as a summer intern in Albuquerque, so I stayed there for almost three months. They are very generous hosts with a wonderful little place close to the heart of Albuquerque. The University of New Mexico, and many good restaurants, are located within walking distance. The space is a duplex with the lower portion of the duplex being the rented space. Since Richard and Jan live in the upper space, they are very responsive and accommodating to any needs the tenant may have. Furthermore, Jan and Richard are wonderful people to be around and get to know. Some of my favorite memories of Albuquerque are interactions with Jan and Richard, and I am exceedingly glad I chose to stay at Casa Central. The living room window also overlooks a wonderful little flower garden they keep, and I received much joy from watching hummingbirds draw nectar from the flowers. I highly recommend staying in Casa Central.
