Peaceful and beautiful location.
The condo is in a good location-easy to get to Arches and Canyonlands NP. Place clean and spacious with comfy beds. She also had 2 cots which we didn't use, but is a nice feature. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cooking items. Laundry room a bonus. Overall a good place, but a few maintenance things are needed-we had to screw on the toilet seat in the master bath because it was wobbly. Light in the living room was bent and leaning over. Blinds on the deck door were broken, so privacy was an issue. Since it's a first floor place and across from the pool/hot tub (which was being used all evening both nights we were there) I felt like everyone could look right in. Toaster didn't work unless you held it down. Dishwasher wasn't fastened in properly- it tipped over if you pulled the racks out fully which is a safety issue. Haley's instructions were clear and the pre-trip emails timely, but she never responded to the 2 emails I sent when we were there.
the place is spacious, beds comfortable and everything was clean. kids loved the pool and hot tub. plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. however, the place was not ready for us. no fuel for BBQ, no laundry soap, cable TV cord broken and would not work and no privacy from the main living area due to sliding door blind missing 6 louvers. the host did get us bbq fuel in a timely manner and with a few preparations this would be a great place to stay.
Nice and roomy. Three bedrooms with lots of space. The couch and chairs were comfortable. The master bedroom has a great walk in closet and its own bathroom. Nice laundry room as well. It's a about a 5-10 drive to main area of Moab so it's reasonably close. The host were on top of all the messaging. We received very clear and easy check in instructions. They returned all messages in a reasonable time. We would definitely stay there again.
Awesome place for me and my 3 friends. Everything looked like it does in the listing, beautiful surroundings. The hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back
