Host is very responsive, and the place is great and secluded if you want. My tip is to stay ontop of the parking, as there's street sweeping and limits around.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Van's Airbnb. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was also great with many local attractions. But what truly made my stay special was Van's family hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Van and Dennis were super accommodating and this was the perfect spot for the 2.5 months I was interning in the area. I never had an issue with parking, everything was very convenient and Van has all the amenities you would need for your stay. Van and Dennis were lovely hosts!
