The Summer House was really lovely. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the outdoor space was pretty, sadly we didn't use it thanks to the weather. The location is in a quiet little village. whilst there isn't much to do in the village itself, there are a number of local walks and plenty of things to do if you are willing to drive. Begbury Forest, Hole Park Gardens, National Trust properties galore and Port Lympne Reserve is well worth a visit. The bed was super comfortable and we slept really well. Sue provided breakfast of muesli, toast, fruit and conserves. Milk, butter, tea and coffee are provided. Sue even catered for my gluten allergy. Sue is super responsive and provided lots of local recommendations. The Bull pub is literally round the corner and we did think that this might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The food is reasonably priced, large in size and delicious.

A gem of a place to stay. It was perfect for our needs. High quality bedlinen and towels. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and it was very quiet. The Bell pub closeby was very convenient. Thank you, Sue.

Everything worked well with no issues. The summer house is very private, being fenced off from the rest of the property. Very quiet. Courtyard is very small ( as per airbnb photo). Would definitely recommend.

Amazing little cabin. A warm welcome from Alan who made sure I had everything I needed. Slept soundly, and loved the laid on breakfast. The cabin is also a stone's throw from the wonderful The Bull pub. Would heartily recommend - it was quite the hideaway!
