The host was very impolite from the booking time till the end of our being. First of all no answers for some questions and very late to others. Than the explanation of the location was so unclear that it wasn’t possible to find it by ourselves. No advise how to come except of taxi even there is bus from the airport. We arrived at 1 am and even host informed that she is in the same building nobody answered the phone. There was no light and numbers of the apartment are on the inner side of columns. Our host just forgot to explain that our apart upstairs because she has other idea about floor number than we are. This small note can safe the situation. After all it was broken balcony door lock and when I mentioned about it our host told me that if I’m not feel safety I can leave the apartment with no money refund. If you like to travel comfortable and safety I don’t recommend this apartment at all.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et l'accession à l'appartement a été facilité par une bonne organisation. La réactivité à nos petits besoins a été positive. L'emplacement est telle qu'il a été présenté sur l'annonce : balcon face à la mer, nous descendons un étage et nous allons nous baigner.. San Elm est un village qui fournit les produits de première nécessité, pour l'alimentation basique aller à Andratx.. Les restaurants sont à découvrir, nous reviendrons !

Esta casa es absolutamente espectacular en cuanto a vistas se refiere. El pueblo donde se sitúa es precioso y muy tranquilo. Es todo un lujo impagable el tener tan absolutamente cerca la arena de la playa. Ahora bien, si que es cierto que la vivienda en sí tiene algún que otro problema ya comentado en reseñas anteriores (como el tema del aire), aún así, no dificulta la estancia en la misma, siendo 100% recomendable el pasar unos días en la misma si quieres vivir una experiencia más que inolvidable. A la entrada tuvimos un problema con el anfitrion pero pudimos solucionarlo brevemente con el mismo sin problemas. En resumen, toda una experiencia.

Very good sandy beach, not too crowded. Clear water. Notice that no internet. Relatively new furniture. Parking is problematic as only three parking spaces for six appartments.
