This studio was perfect for our weekend in PK for a fishing tournament. Property is beautiful and private. We enjoyed walks with our dog, seeing the cattle & longhorns, and the owner’s barn cat & their dogs. It is only about 5-7 minutes down the road to Graham, which was very convenient, but still be out in the country. We would certainly stay here again!

We loved every second of our stay! This place was fun and beautiful to stay at! We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. The place, scenery, responsiveness and relaxing feeling we got there was great! Highly recommend this stay!
