Leuk huis, met veel privacy en mooie ruime tuin. De communicatie verliep minder prettig, toen we het huis al geboekt hadden, gaf Morten aan dat hij de huurprijs vergeten was te verhogen en wilde deze verhoging alsnog in rekening brengen. Wij vonden dit een vervelende situatie en hebben dit aangegeven. Wij zijn er toen wel op in gegaan, toen Morten voorstelde om de verhogingskosten te delen. Het was vervelend opnieuw een discussie over het resterende bedrag te hebben, toen wij eenmaal in het huis zaten. Wij hebben 1000 euro betaald en hoeveel de verhuurder aan Air bnb afdraagt, val daar de huurder niet lastig mee. Daarbij hadden wij om 16.00 uur afgesproken, en was Morten nog bezig om het huis in orde te maken en moest het eco toilet nog geleegd worden. Wij zijn van mening dat dit anders had gekund

We stayed here for a week during mid July and we loved it! We had a week of generally good to great weather so we often sat outside and my gosh, there are sooo many places to chill outside. From the more sun beds, to the comfy pillow garden furniture, we could also often be found in one of the two hammocks. There's also many trees around so you can always find a fully shaded or partially shaded area to sit in case the full sun is too hot. The cabin is spacious so there's more than enough room we found. It has a well equipped kitchen (and a funky one at that with flower wallpapers, haha) The closets are empty so you can place your own clothes there, very handy. We got used to the toilet split (number one in the house, number two in the garden) very quickly and the one in the garden is in a clean and bright little space. Also, we were totally surprised to have had zero mosquitos around! We did generally go inside when the sun was low on the horizon and sit in the "sun room" but even before that, no mosquitos, not even in the house, even when we had windows and doors open all day. It's also located less than an hour from Stockholm, so we took two day trips there as well. Finally, the hosts were great. Communication went really well, they responded really quickly, shared a lot of info about the house, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Vilken magisk plats! Vår familj stormtrivdes och ville inte åka hem. Boendet erbjuder lugn och ro på privat lummig tomt, med bad bara några meter bort. Järna, Nykvarn, Gnesta och Södertälje nära för utflykter. Superhärliga värdar. Rekommenderas varmt.

I briefly thought about giving Morten house a bad rating, just to keep it an insider tip and thus make sure it's free and available whenever we want to come back :) but my wife talked me through it and reminded me how this works here. So i have to highly recommend this venue with all the soft factors around it (45min "from door to door" to Stockholm, when you take the commuter train / trampolin in the garden + a ton of more games / 2min walk to the lake / wooden deck with a lovely view into the woods and sundowners / etc. etc.). Especially with kids this house will cover all your "needs". Thumbs up. We'll come again for sure.
