Our stay on this houseboat was terrific. It was better than advertised . Close to the train and restaurants. Very spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer

We throughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this houseboat! A very unique experience for Paris. We used to live in a nearby suburb, Garches, so this was very close to “home” and we were familiar with the location. It is very close to the tram T2 which makes getting to the city easy. It is a decent distance from the city which does add some extra time for traveling to your destinations but worth it if you prefer more of a breezy quiet/peaceful stay away from the city. It is walking distance to a boulangerie (bakery), beautiful walk/view from the bridge, tabac, small marche (grocery store), and a wonderful restaurant, Quai Ouest. We had a group of 6 and fit perfectly! The only “issue” was that the bedroom downstairs is really meant for 1 person but with an older couple, the walk up the stairs to the master can be a bit troublesome. Overall, a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

This was a unique experience for our friend group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved waking up on the seine and having coffee on the deck. Our group of six had ample rooms to accommodate. We enjoyed the big kitchen table and the living room space. Very good restaurant just steps away. Great access to Velib bikes or the metro to get to and from Paris. Big park nearby as well. One drawback was that the only traditional shower was in the master bedroom, so coordinating that among our group was a bit tricky, but manageable. This was a unique stay and we really loved it!

Wij verbleven hier met drie kleinkinderen in de leeftijd van 11, 12 en 15 jaar. Fijne ruime accommodatie. Prettig om twee badkamers te hebben. Heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten. Leuk uitzicht op het water en een fiets/wandelbrug. Vanaf die brug zie je de Eiffeltoren. Wij hebben bij het Gare du Nord een navigo semaine gekocht. Hiermee kan je elke vervoersmiddel gebruiken t/m zone 5. De boot ligt in zone 3. Ideaal. Iedereen een eigen pasje om bus, tram, trein en metro te gebruiken. Via biketours een fietstocht gemaakt met een gids, speciaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Met de T2 en metrolijn 1 ben je heel snel in de stad. Wil je meer bovengronds reizen, dan is buslijn 72 heel leuk. Bij de boot kan je met buslijn 175 naar bus 72, maar twee haltes. Kortom, de boot ligt natuurlijk niet in het centrum van Parijs, maar is prima te bereiken. Het is echt heel leuk om aan de Seine te verblijven. We hebben genoten.

This is a really special place to stay and is an oasis of peace and quiet. The boat is really well equipped and there was more than enough space for the five of us. We were blessed with good weather and it was lovely to eat out on the terrace and watch the boats go by (and to wave at!). If you’re looking for a Parisian place to stay with a difference I cannot recommend it highly enough.
