As good as it gets. Katharine couldn’t have been lovelier. The place was like a dream cottage….adorable, attractive and comfortable. For sleep, it was cool enough, dark enough and cozy enough for very good nights’ sleep. Always important. Highly recommend.

Katharine place was really private space in a very quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Her kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. It was a bit of a challenge as she wanted to meet us when we arrived and give us a tour and key to her rental. It was a challenge to figure out the time we could be there as we were doing a tour of Charleston and had to pick up groceries and she was out running errands but it worked out. Her rental is very well designed with all the amenities needed. But I was not aware the bedroom was upstairs and bathroom was on main level which was tough for me during the night to walk down the stairs in order to use it several times! Katharine was very helpful in recommending restaurants and she also suggested going to Sullivans beach One afternoon we also rode the bikes she has there at rental. Very accommodating hostess and you can tell she really enjoys meeting people!

The place is cozy the price was reasonable the location was great depending on traffic 10-15 minimum to get to down town Charleston tons of great places right in Mt. Pleasant Katharine was very welcoming and was always willing to give recommendations to places to go or where to eat

Cute, clean and very close to Shem Creek. Would stay again for sure. The bed is super comfortable!
