I cannot begin to describe how beautiful Casa Uliveto is. The view from the pool over the valley is breathtaking. It is a place you will not forget. The house itself is large and immaculate and easily fits a large group. Ardian is also an exceptional host who always answered our questions quickly. There was also an amazing restaurant just down the hill from the villa. You absolutely must book this place if you are planning to travel around Umbria or Tuscany.

House was amazing! Beautiful pool and views - 100% recommend staying here! We hired a cleaner for 2hrs every morning as we were a large group, i can thoroughly recommend doing this, it was sparkling every time we came down for breakfast.

The villa is everything you could want from a secluded break away. The pool is amazing and barbecuing each night beside the pool was great. The villa and immaculate grounds offer plenty of space, even if there was a large group of people. Shops were close enough and a great restaurant was just down the road. Communication with the owner was excellent. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for and hope to return

A truly beautiful house in Umbria, the pictures doesn't do it justice. We especially enjoyed the pool area by which most of the time was spent during our week there. We were a large group of 12 + 2 small kids and the house was definitely big enough for us all. Ardian and his family were very responsive during the whole time.
